- We will temporarily hold a house or apartment upon receipt of ALL COMPLETED applications.
- You must pay the entire security deposit within seven business days from the time that you are informed that your application(s) has been approved. If you fail to pay the security deposit within seven days of notification we will lease the premises to someone else.
- If, after you have been notified that your application has been approved, another party delivers ALL COMPLETED applications for the same premises, you are required to pay the full security deposit within two business days of notification. If you fail to pay the security deposit within two days of notification we will lease the premises to the party with the next set of completed applications.
- We must have at least one signature on your lease within seven business days from the time that you are informed your application has been approved. If your lease must be mailed, the postmark on the return envelope must be no later than seven business days from the postmark on the original envelope.
